Last updated 22 July 2026. These terms govern your use of the Track Country Days apps and website.
About these terms
These terms are a legal agreement between you and Workyloop OÜ (“Track Country Days”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the Track Country Days apps or website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. By using Track Country Days you confirm that you meet these requirements.
The service
Track Country Days is a personal tool for recording the days you spend in countries and regions. It can mark days automatically from your device's location, reconstruct past days from your photos, or let you add them by hand, and it can calculate usage against stay limits such as the Schengen 90/180 rule. It is provided for your own record-keeping.
Important
Not tax, immigration, or legal advice
Track Country Days helps you keep a record of your days — it does not provide tax, immigration, visa, or legal advice.
Its counts and calculations, including Schengen 90/180 and any limits you configure, may not reflect your specific circumstances, edge cases, or the latest rules. You are solely responsible for verifying the rules that apply to you and for any decisions you make. Do not rely on the app as your only source of truth.
Your licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Track Country Days on devices you own or control, for your own use, subject to these terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.
Your data and your device
Your travel data is stored on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device and for keeping your own backups using the app's export and backup features.
We do not hold a copy of your data, so we cannot restore it. If you delete data, or lose, reset, or replace your device without a backup, that data may be gone permanently.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (except to the extent the law permits), resell or redistribute the app, use it for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with its operation or with the third-party services it relies on.
Paid features and subscriptions
Some features require Track Country Days Pro, a subscription sold through Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android).
Payment, auto-renewal, and cancellation are handled by the app store under its terms — manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change, with any change applying to future billing periods. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services (Apple, Google, and the providers listed in the Privacy Policy). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers
Track Country Days is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its tracking, counts, or calculations are accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workyloop OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any visa, tax, financial, immigration, or legal consequences arising from your use of — or reliance on — the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using Track Country Days at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, if you breach these terms or where required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia — unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. If you continue to use Track Country Days after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
