Visa

Serbia: 90 days in any 180 (visitors)

Up to 90 days in Serbia in any 180-day period

About This Rule

Foreigners who don't need a visa may stay in Serbia up to 90 days within any period of 180 days, from the date of first entry, unless a treaty sets other terms; a short-stay (C) visa has the same limit. Some nationalities are given shorter visa-free stays. Staying longer needs a long-stay (D) visa or temporary residence. This tracks the day count only.

Ready-made rules count your days against the limits the law names. They don't decide your visa or residency status, and many laws add conditions a day count can't see.
