Counts your days in Czechia each calendar year: staying at least 183 days in the year means you usually stay there and are tax resident, and any part of a day there counts as a whole day. Meeting it makes you resident for the whole calendar year, back to 1 January. A home in Czechia is a separate test that can decide it on its own, whatever your day count.
